Kristi Browne

Kristi graduated from Suncoast in 2009, and is now working as a paramedic in Canberra for the ACT Ambulance. Kristi has always been interested in medicine, and loves the challenge and variety of the emergency medical field. Kristi went straight from school to study Paramedic Science at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Kristi obtained an OP1, received a $12000 scholarship to University, and was one of only 10 university students around Australia to be accepted into the ACT Graduate Paramedic Program for 2013.


Amy McGufficke

Amy commenced Suncoast in 2004 and graduated from in 2010. Amy is currently working for the Queensland Ambulance Service after a 3 year degree at Queensland University of Technology studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Paramedics.

Amy has travelled to Tanzania in Africa for a medical mission, where she worked in one of the poorest hospitals in the world. It was a life changing experience.

Luke Woodford

Luke graduated from Suncoast in 2005, and is currently working as a Biomedical Scientist in the Haematology and Blood Transfusion laboratory of St Thomas’ Hospital in central London.

Post graduation Luke worked in Bundaberg for three years before moving to London. Luke has been able to experience London, and travel all throughout Europe.
