If you require invitations and ticket purchase forms to be sent to parents who do not reside with the graduate &/or to be sent to other relatives/special family friends/pastor/minister/elder/youth leader please fill in the information below. All invitees’ details, (other than students and their domicile parent/guardian as per the College database), are to be submitted. Please note that the graduates’ boyfriends, girlfriends or younger siblings or younger relatives are not permitted to be invited.
