The inaugural Suncoast Colour Run – Parents & Friends fundraiser and community building event was a fabulous day – great colour and great fun.
The Colour Run raised funds for ongoing Parents & Friends projects, like providing more shaded play areas for students around the College.
Held on the oval, the run consisted of a short circular course with four obstacle stations, some of which were wet stations, immediately followed by a colour station. The colour powder was squirted from bottles by College staff with many students were wearing red shirts for the Day for Daniel, while others choose white shirts for maximum colour saturation!
Fundraising was conducted via a simple online process where each student received a booklet explaining the event, sponsorship and how prizes work.
Well done Suncoast Parents & Friends for organising such a wonderful day.
